Compustitch

Compustitch CSW is the Prinect FCS 100 module for calculating machine programs for the Stitchmaster ST 400 saddlestitcher. With this module, Prinect allows systematic further processing of data generated previously from the prepress. This CIP4-PPF data enables automatic calculation of presettings for the saddlestitcher. This dramatically reduces the changeover times for the saddlestitcher and makes handling much easier. Incorrect entries can be prevented and costs reduced.

The appropriate program for the Stitchmaster ST 400 saddlestitcher is created using the description of the end product. The data transferred online provides a basis for the automatic format presetting. All functions of the various feeders, the stitcher, the trimmer and the delivery are set via the motorized adjustment feature. The precise order of the feeder arrangement along the saddle chain of the machine can be defined via the machine configurator.
