The customers' demand in label cutting and die-cutting shows a tendency towards inline production. POLAR Label System DC-11 is a combined system for the production of die-cut and square-cut labels.
The prepared reams are fed to the high-speed cutter and cut into strips. The ready cut strips are manually transported to the buffer/loading table LT-S. The strips are buffered, separated and automatically transferred to Autocut 25, where they are automatically taken over, aligned, cut into labels, fed directly into the die-cutter POLAR DC and passed over to the single-station bander BS-M.
The preparation of cutting material and loading of the strip cutter can be carried out individually as on POLAR Cutting Systems 2, 4, 5 or 6.
The POLAR Pressing Station can be integrated into the system for high-speed cutter loading. On Label System DC-11, the pressing station enhances the cutting precision and the output, because the remaining air is squeezed out of the prepared reams and the usual cycle of "clamping without cut" can be omitted.
