POLAR die-cutters are available for both automated in-line operation and semi-automated off-line application. They work according to the puncture principle.
The POLAR die-cutter DC-M is meant for semi-automated off-line operation and the production of labels, playing cards, credit cards and similar products.
With the POLAR die-cutter DC-M, label blanks are fed manually, outside the die-cutting zone.
The machine operator works with the cutting tool in his line of sight. In this way, the die-cut material is permanently under visual inspection.
The label stack is fixed on four sides during die-cutting operation to ensure utmost precision.
