ECO 80/ECO 105
Prefolder and Folding Station
The 2.85 meter (9 feet 4 inch) long prefolder of the ECO 105
permits faster production without running the risk of damaging long
blanks. Long folding paths ensure gentle blank handling, highly
accurate folding, and optimum results. Digital position indicators
on the ECO 80 and ECO 105 make it easy to get the settings right
for first-time and repeat jobs. Motorized setup substantially
reduces makeready times. Left-before-right folding in the folding
station ensures that blanks are held by a roller bar at all times.
This guarantees twist-free transport of blanks all the way
through the machine. The net result is high folding accuracy and
consistent quality at high speeds.
