Large and medium-sized printing plants, converters of printed material, label and packaging media producers favor the POLAR Jogging System L-(R...)-P. It is ideal for producing labels, banderoles, all kinds of cards, packaging blanks and packaging inserts. The cutting material is prepared separately from the cutting process, in layers (with quality control).
The POLAR Jogging System L-(R...)-P includes a jogging station (stack lift, jogger, air-pallet lift) and a cutting station (air-pallet lift, high-speed cutter, unloading unit, e.g. buffer or Transomat E).
One jogging station can supply several cutting stations. This depends on the number of cuts per layer.
