POLAR Cutting System L-R-P-(137)-T

The POLAR Cutting System L-R-P-(137)-T is intended for companies with varying order structure and different runs, but continuous utilization. Between preparation of material and cutting, a buffer is used in order to compensate for different working speed.

1.  
   The stacklift lifts and lowers cuttings to working height, thus facilitating work considerably.
2.  
   The automatic jogger RAH enables edge-precise alignment of cutting layers before cutting.
3.  
   The piling shelf STR buffers up to five prepared cutting layers after the automatic jogger RAH.
4.  
   The POLAR High-speed cutter XT reduces the cutting costs up to 30 percent.
5.  
   The gripper transport system takes the cuttings to the rear table of the high-speed cutter.
6.  
   The Transomat E is intended for automatic unloading of high-speed cutters and can be used for either complete or separated sheets.
