POLAR Cutting System L-(137)-L

This POLAR Cutting System is used across the whole printing industry as a "second machine", "precutter" or "universal machine" for all cuttings. It is a basic system which can easily be adapted to different requirements by adding stacklift, jogger, buffer and loading/unloading systems. This equipment can also be refitted at a later stage.

Equipped with the fixed stacklift on the right or left-hand side, the cuttings are moved up to a normal working position before cutting and downlifted again afterwards. This relieves the operator from the need to bend down for material handling.

Small-format high-speed cutters, which are used for smaller quantities, are equipped with functional side tables or - if larger surfaces/pack tables are required - conveyor elements, which can be assembled on a modular basis to fit any size and application.
