Prevention is better than cure - and it saves money. We have special checklists for all Heidelberg products and presses which can be used to check quickly and accurately what needs to be done. For customers anxious to preserve their peace of mind and ensure 24 × 7 business continuity, our preventative maintenance programs include thorough check-ups, fine-tuning and replacement of wearing parts at defined intervals - before they fail.

Repair
Sometimes it is impossible to avoid onsite repair. Our experienced and skilled system service technicians will quickly sort out the problem and get you up and running again. We offer 24/7 support via our operations centre and after-hours call-out service.

Cleaning
Dirt is not just an eyesore - it is often a precursor to a malfunction. We clean your equipment thoroughly and professionally - for optimum print quality and maximum asset value.

Refurbishment
When a machine reaches a certain age, a simple repair will often no longer be enough. Our refurbishment services will give your machines a second life. After an initial inspection, report and quote, your machine is cleaned, refurbished as required and tested for performance - only original Heidelberg service parts are used.
