We make no distinctions between the availability of Service Parts for a KORD and a Speedmaster. We supply 95 percent of all Service Parts immediately from our warehouse, and it makes no difference whether your machine is still being series-produced or is an older model.

To provide this service, we have established our new World Logistics Center with state-of-the-art technology in Wiesloch. We keep over 130,000 different Service Parts in stock for you there.

In case it should ever prove difficult to identify the right part from among the over 130,000 different items available, our technicians and sales representatives turn to "Sherlock Plus". This "electronic detective" ferrets out the proper part to make sure that your press gets back up and running right away.
