Where did you come from originally and what do you like best about Australia?
I am Brazilian born and raised and the best thing about Australia, apart from the language being different, is that it feels like home.
Tell us about your hobbies?
Movies and reading from fiction to history books passing through business related topics. But currently, my favorite pastime is to paint, plaster and other handyman jobs since I am renovating my place and this takes forever!
What is your favorite place and why?
Singapore, it's a mixture of Blade Runner, year 2050 and warm weather
Describe a typical day at work
It revolves around collecting and analysing customer's and Heidelberg's data to create relevant business cases to enhance both ours and the customer's competitiveness and profitability. In other words, coffee, stronger coffee, Excel, even stronger coffee, more Excel and plenty of fun (not necessarily in this order)
What qualities do you have that improve customer satisfaction?
A global view of our customer needs, combined with determination, flexibility and expertise at what I do
What do you like best about working at Heidelberg?
I would say three main things; being able to witness the changes in both technology and processes that occur almost on a daily basis in this industry, the ability to contribute to measurable improvements both internally in a large company such as Heidelberg and with our customers and thirdly, everything I have learned from the people I work with.
The most memorable moment at Heidelberg
In the last three years they were many and it would be unfair to put one over the others.
