Dymatrix 106 Pro

The Dymatrix 106 Pro, shown for the first time at drupa 2008, is a new high speed system for demanding applications.  It has been designed to deliver first class die cutting and stripping, with optional blank separating if required.

With tooling from most similar sized die cutters easily and quickly adapted to fit the Dymatrix, the unique benefits of the upper moving platen of the Dymatrix is now being appreciated by increasing numbers of carton manufacturers.  Not only is it quieter than traditional systems, but the reduced sheet disturbance allows smaller nicks to be used.

Reliable, precise and designed to achieve optimal die cut results, the Dymatrix 106 Pro has many new upgrades which have enhanced productivity, primarily by reducing make ready time and enabling one person operation with optimised logistics.
