New - Varimatrix 105CSF hot foil stamper
In a world crowded with gimmicks and clever designs there is an ever-increasing need to create a more memorable image than your shelf mate. Foil stamping, embossing and holograms, when used as embellishments, offer vivid color, texture, depth and increased security to existing print techniques.
The new Varimatrix 105CSF with hot foil system is ideal for both folding carton and label manufacturers, as well as the varied needs of the print finisher. Label stock from 80gsm and solid board up to 1400gsm can all be hot foiled in sheet format up to 750 x1050mm.
The 12-zone heated honeycomb chase is controlled via a color touch screen panel where foil usage can also be optimised. High productivity is assured with a maximum foiling speed of up to 6000sph, non-stop feeder and delivery and a standard feed pile height of 1300mm. Available with up to three servo driven foil pull shafts, anti-static device, chase changer and six foil rewinds (or motorised brushes) all further enhance performance. Speed is nothing without control, so to maintain consistency the standard oil conditioning unit actively cools the machine oil, to help maintain a stable foiling/embossing pressure.

As standard the Varimatrix 105CSF is fully equipped to operate also
as a conventional die cutter with automatic stripping.
