Tell us about your hobbies?
Recently I started riding a motorbike again, my BMW R1100RS, you know 'big boys toy' stuff. There are some great roads and fantastic scenery in NZ.

What is your favourite place?
Locally the West Coast of the Coromandel Peninsular, however the North East of Italy holds some great memories for me.

What's your favourite movie?
The Mask with Jim Carey - very funny

The most challenging experience you've had?
Physically, training for and competing in the Hastings (UK) 1066 half marathon (very hilly).

Describe a typical day at work
I always try and visit customers, follow up any customer enquiries, prepare quotes, talk with other Heidelberg staff in NZ and Australia for ideas and knowledge

What qualities do you have that improve customer satisfaction?
Having been in the printing Industry since leaving school many years ago, I believe I have very good knowledge of the industry and can fully understand our customers' needs for today and tomorrow.

What do you like best about working at Heidelberg?
The sheer professionalism of the company with the opportunity to engage with customers who are print savvy. Equally, I know I can lean on my colleagues when I need help and that is a great asset in this organisation.

The most memorable moment at Heidelberg?
Seeing the Heidelberg halls at Drupa in 2004 for the first time. The scale completely blew me away.

What would you be doing if you didn't work for Heidelberg?
Working for one of my customers in one capacity or another.

Where do you see yourself in five years time?
I am very much of the opinion that best laid plans can be derailed as new opportunities arise, in other words - I have no idea!
