Superdot Printing Rollers are manufactured to original press specifications; they have been developed with International co-operation to ensure optimum performance on the press, being dimensionally stable with consistent shore hardness they are resistant to glazing and heat build-up.
Rubber compounds used in roller manufacturing are made from a mixture of natural rubber, various chemicals, plasticisers and extenders which obtain their stability and elasticity through the vulcanisation process. The correct choice of wash solutions plays a major role in achieving longer roller service life. Using non recommended wash can destroy the properties of the rollers resulting in swelling, shrinkage, hardening and glazing all of which can greatly impact print quality.
Superdot is a range of washes and sundry cleaners designed to provide optimum results and long roller life.
Superdot Wash 60 is a low odour; highly effective blanket and roller wash with anti corrosion properties, approved by FOGRA and major press manufacturers.
Superdot Calcium Remover is designed to remove calcium build-up which can cause ink transfer and stripping problems. Mix 1:1 with water and run the press for 5 to 10 minutes then flush with water and finish the job using Wash 60 mixed with 30% water.
Superdot Deglazer concentrated detergent and rejuvenator is designed to restore natural tack and to keep rollers ink receptive. It removes gum, ink glaze and deep cleans to improve ink transfer.
Superdot MRC Metering Roller Cleaner is designed for continuous dampening systems and safe to use on all rubber rollers.
The Superdot Roller Care Package consists of 20Lts Superdot Wash 60, 5Lts Superdot Deglazer, 5Lts Superdot MRC and 1lt Superdot Calcium Remover : Value $230.
