Getting the most out of your Stahlfolder is influenced by the
choice of the correct delivery system. It is not often appreciatied
that this is equally as important as the folder specifications
themselves.
An unsuitable delivery system has an impact upon quality and
production output.
The outstanding production capability of the new Stahlfolder
TH and KH models required a new approach to the way the products
were handled in the delivery.
Not only was gentle handling of products with minimal marking
important, but also the ability to run the folders at maximum
possible output with minimal operator attention.
This led to the development of two new delivery systems to
expand the existing range of the highly successful horizontal
stackers.
The new models are identified as the Stahl SPH70 and SPH100
and TSH 70 and TSH 100 with infeed widths of 70 and 100 cm.
The SPH models offer a cost effective means of improving
product handling at the folder delivery
Key features are easy removal of signatures from the delivery
with an in-built pressing station to improve performance of
down-stream processes such as saddle-stitching and perfect binding.
The new TSH models replace the highly regarded range of VSA
stackers with new features to provide mark-free handling of
products and easy removal of products. A small footprint and easy
mobility means that the TSH stacker can be easily moved from one
machine to another.
A lateral delivery table is also available as an option to
provide a one-man operation.
