Boosting the Productivity of Carton Folder Gluers

With the capability to pack up to 200,000 cartons per hour, the new Japack Pro allows you to fulfil the potential of your high speed folder gluer.

When it comes to achieving high running speeds, the packing operation has always been a bottleneck in the overall production process that can restrict output.

The Japack Pro will ensure productivity is improved and cost per piece minimised without the need for additional staffing at the delivery.

With setting values on the new Japack Pro calculated automatically and fewer components to set, makeready time on the new packer is now halved.

Cartons can be automatically loaded into the shipping case so they rest on either the 2nd or 4th crease line, or even the closure flap.

The 'in-line' layout of the Japack Pro makes it easy to fit between other folder gluer lines and although compact, it can handle folded cartons between 50 and 500mm wide.
