Water Saver Unit
Some older technology plate processors turn on the water wash as soon as the plate enters the processor, not when the plate enters the wash compartment. There can be a delay of up to 50 seconds before the water begins to wash the plate. -  50 seconds of good clean water going down the drain. 

By fitting a WATER SAVER to the processor you can achieve between 50% and 60% water savings based on your current usage.

Water Reticulation Unit
By installing the WATER RETICULATION UNIT it is estimated that you can save an additional 90% to 95% on top of the gains already made with the Water Saver Unit.

Water & Profit Savings
After installing both systems a large printer who was using around 5,200, A1 plates a month, recently reported an estimated water reduction from 208,000 litres to 2,000 litres. A saving of 206,000 litres each month!

A typical A3 Printer using 750 plates a month is estimated to use around 22,500 litres of water each month. It is estimated Water Saver and Reticulator systems could reduce water usage to 750 litres a month.
