POLAR's Training Program is now available in English
In December 2004 POLAR put its interactive training program
online for the first time.
This modern E-Learning tool has enjoyed considerable popularity in
German-speaking countries. Since it is easily accessible via the
POLAR website numerous students, apprentices and trainees of the
graphics industry, as well as associations and individuals, have
used this tool over the past two years to gain a general idea of
the cutting process.
The program is composed of four lessons and gives the reader a quick and useful basic knowledge of the setup and operation of POLAR high-speed cutters. Optional equipment, networking possibilities and the relevant peripheral units are illustrated and explained. Users can prove their know-how and try to program high-speed cutters or determine the proper cutting sequences in several exercises.
The interactive program is now also available in English, which adds considerable value to this initiative through its broader scope and application. The introduction of an English language version of the training program is in response to many enquiries from POLAR's English-speaking markets. The Australian and New Zealand language versions may still be sometime away, therefore we urge you to click on the link and make do with English, we are sure nothing is lost in the translation.
