Norther Region Customer Support Welcomes New Employees
Heidelberg Northern region Customer support team welcomes
both Paul Kane and Thomas Kranepuhl to the Customer support
organisation.
They will work in the electrical team and will be responsible
for providing electrical customer service for installation and
maintenance.
Paul joins us from Bindal Holdings, where he worked as a Service
Technician and was responsible for liaising with customers
regarding the maintenance & repairs of Heidelberg, Polar &
Stahl equipment. Paul also contracted to Heidelberg on a
regular basis and prior to this served his apprenticeship with
Seligson & Clare as a service technician. He therefore joins
HAN with "hands on" experience.
Thomas joins HAN from Heidelberg Germany, where he has been
employed since 1999. Thomas served his apprenticeship as a
Mechatronic Engineer in Brandenburg before transferring to the city
of Heidelberg where he has worked as a Service Technician since
2003. In this role Thomas was responsible for the electrical
installation and service of a range of Heidelberg presses: PM52,
PM74, SM 102, CD 102 and CD74. As well he carried out
troubleshooting for PM52 / PM74.
Thomas looks forward to starting a new life with his family
in Australia and settling into life 'Downunder'.
