Heidelberg Releases Its New Online Shop

As of 7th September 2010 the Heidelberg Online Shop will be moved
to a new platform. This new platform will provide additional
features as well as a more stable environment for your online
shopping experience.
There will be no difference to the current shopping process. The new platform gives the Online Shop improved speed, stability and user interface. Most importantly it's more user-friendly and easy to use.

NEW FEATURES
Account Login
As an existing Heidelberg Online Shop User, your username will remain the same but you will be issued with a new password for the new Online Shop. For security reasons, your new password will be sent to you via a separate email.
Check Order Status & Search Previous Orders
You will soon be able to check your order status by searching for the order number or your own purchase order number. To search a particular previous order, you will just need to click on "My Orders" at the top navigation panel and the search options are at the left hand side of the screen.
Search a Product
It's easy to search a product using the Quick Search function which is located at the top left hand side of the 'Catalog' page. You may search by product number or any part of the text from the product description.
Product Catalog
The new Online Shop Product Catalog is located at the bottom left hand side of the 'Catalog' page. Simply click on the [+] sign to expand a category or [-] to collapse. The products will be listed in the main frame to the right hand side of the screen.
Customer Prices
Customers are now able to see their discounted prices as soon as they login to the shop.
Shopping Cart
Once you add a product to the Shopping cart, the subtotal of your shopping cart will instantly appear at the top of the screen. To check out, simply click on the Shopping cart link and it will take you through the check out process.
