Customers award top grades for a range of print applications
Feedback from traditional large-format markets such as the
U.S., China, Italy, France, Switzerland, and Germany largely
confirms the outstanding results in terms of makeready times,
running speed, print quality, net productivity, and press
availability. With this new generation of large-format presses,
Heidelberg has succeeded in setting a new benchmark by delivering a
level of performance that outstrips that of the standard solutions
available on the market.
Heidelberg enters the next phase
Work has already begun to establish the next milestones for
the Speedmaster XL 145 and XL 162. The standard configurations will
be enhanced with presses featuring dual coating and UV
configurations, and perfecting presses with new delivery
technology.
These innovations have generated extremely promising feedback
from customers. As a result, Heidelberg is confident that it will
succeed in increasing market share in the large-format sector,
particularly in the field of perfecting printing.
