Since September 2012 Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG has a free float of 100% of the total share capital, representing 234,246,940 shares.

Investors, who hold more than 3 percent of the Heidelberg shares, are SEB Investment GmbH (5.02%), RWE AG, (4.22%) and Capital Research and Management Group (3.14%).
