Diana Pro offers a choice of three different positioning systems:
AUTOset fully automatic setup, DIGIset semiautomatic setup, and
MANUset manual setting. AUTOset and DIGIset automatically calculate
values for positioning the machine after just a few blank
parameters have been entered. With MANUset, initial settings are
made in the traditional way. All programmed and saved basic
settings can then be quickly called up and reproduced at any time
to guarantee consistently high-quality products.
Having a large pool of settings available for retrieval eases
the operator's workload, letting him concentrate on fine
adjustments. Heidelberg positioning systems minimize setup times
and help get folding carton gluing machines up and running faster.
