Saphira Special Cleaner for Folding Equipment

Saphira® Special Cleaner for folding equipment thoroughly cleans and revitalizes in one go folding rollers used on postpress equipment such as the Heidelberg® Stahlfolder®, leaving the rubber surface of the treated folding rollers smooth and resilient. This significantly increases the lifetime of your rollers without damaging their rubber coating.

Multiple applications. Besides folding rollers, Saphira Special Cleaner for folding equipment can also be used:

• In the bookbinding industry (using adhesive binding) for cleaning and revitalizing conveyor belts;
• In the folding box and laminating industry where it thoroughly cleans and degreases pressing belts, pressing carpets, and cutting plates;
• And in the envelope industry to clean up the adhesive residues of double adhesive tapes on rubber plate cylinders.
