Varimatrix 82 CS
Cost-effective die cutting and embossing technology in the
50 x 70 format
The Varimatrix 82 CS meets the needs for short makeready times, top
quality, and high productivity. With a maximum sheet format of 605
x 815 millimeters (23.82 x 32.09 in), the Varimatrix 82 CS is the
ideal addition to a Speedmaster XL 75, particularly for short job
runs. And this flexible high-performance die cutter also impresses
in processing small sheet formats of 280 x 320 millimeters (11.02 x
12.60 in).
The Varimatrix 82 CS processes a wide range of different
materials. It supports embossing and die cutting with a cutting
force that is high in its class for paper with grammages from 80
gsm, card and solid board up to 1,400 gsm, and corrugated board
with thicknesses of up to 4 millimeters (0.16 in). The maximum
processing speed is 8,000 sheets an hour. The Varimatrix 82 CS die
cutter offers commercial and packaging printers an attractive
option to achieve significant added value in postpress with low
investment costs.
