- Who can participate in the Annual General Meeting?
- Stockholders that would like to exercise their right to vote are required to make their eligibility to participate and vote in the Annual General Meeting known to the credit institution where they have their securities account and provide proof of their ownership of shares.
- What should a stockholder do who registered on time with his or her bank but did not receive an entry ticket?
- If a stockholder registered on time, a replacement entry ticket will be issued. If the bank failed to complete the registration, a personalized guest ticket can be issued, but it will not be possible for the shareholder to participate in the voting.
- May a stockholder be accompanied by anyone?
- The Annual General Meeting is not a public event. For this reason only stockholders or their representatives are permitted entry.
- How can a stockholder transfer his voting right if they leave the Annual General Meeting early?
- The stockholder can transfer their vote to a person known to them in the hall, to a stockholder representative or to an authorized representative of the corporation.
- Is it possible to transfer authority to a voting rights representative named by the corporation?
- If you would not like to take part in the Annual General Meeting and have not authorized a third party to participate in the Annual General Meeting, we offer you the opportunity to transfer your voting right to an employee of our corporation.
- Is there a full video recording of the Annual General Meeting for shareholders that cannot attend?
- A video recording of the entire Annual General Meeting is not available. The speech of the CEO can be downloaded subsequent to this at www.heidelberg.com/hauptversammlung. The use of video or audio recording devices is not permitted.

- At the start of voting 49,13 percent of Heidelberg's share capital was present. This is equivalent to 38.345.708 shares.
