Diana X 80 / X 115
From handover to bonding. Perfectly matched modules ensure an
optimal result.
- 1
The optimum interplay of feeder and blank alignment module ensures a continuous supply of precisely aligned cartons.
- 2
The prefolder with the separated left-hand transport and center carrier processes blanks up to 115 centimeters wide (45.28 inches) securely and flexibly.
- 3
The turning module turns blanks up to 180 degrees to the right or left. An integrated blank alignment module then realigns the blanks.
- 4
The collapsible box module performs all folding processes for manufacturing collapsible boxes, lockbottom cartons, and special boxes.
- 5
Lockbottom module - when processing lockbottom cartons, all cross-folds are made in the lockbottom module.
- 6
The extraordinary length of the folding station of 3.70 meters (12 feet 2 inches) is the secret of the exceptional folding quality and high performance delivered by the Diana X 80 / X 115.
- 7
The pressing module uses precisely defined pressure to press creaselines in the cartons back into their fold position, thereby increasing form stability significantly and preventing the cartons from springing back up.
- 8
The ejector station identifies faulty cartons via a sensor and ejects in the direction of travel, even at high speeds.
- 9
The transfer station comes equipped with speed control as standard. Thanks to a variable drive, the upper and lower belts can also be driven at different speeds, allowing material-related folding inaccuracies to be corrected.
- 10
In the compression and delivery section the pressure is generated pneumatically. Micro-regulating valves on the left and right of the machine allow the pressure to be set separately on each side.

Stack Turner (not illustrated): Die-cut blanks will first be turned automatically and exactly be inserted to the Diana Feeder. In conjunction with the high-performance Diana Feeder the Stack Turner is the ideal high-productive complement.
