Wash-Up Brushes

Application. Original Heidelberg® wash-up brushes were specifically developed for use in the modular blanket wash-up devices of Heidelberg Speedmaster® SM/CD 102 machines. Only a regular replacement of wash-up brushes can ensure the thorough and effective cleaning of the press's cylinders.

Exceptional design. Original Heidelberg wash-up brushes offer many advantages over traditional ones: Their form has been accurately designed to specific dimensions with smooth ends. Together with a stainless steel body of close manufacturing tolerances, they ensure optimal, vibration-free operations. This is further supported through the excellent coordination of the ball bearings and drive wheel systems. These features ensure constant contact pressure and smooth brush operations while preventing undue wear on the bristles.

Patented material. The bristles of Original Heidelberg wash-up brushes are made of a patented material that has a specific form and a very regular diameter. Their spiral structure gives them a homogeneous surface with extremely high trimming density, which is unique in the market.
