Flat-Pile Feeders
Flat-pile feeders are designed to accommodate frequent job changes
and small to medium-run lengths. Lateral blowers guarantee perfect
sheet separation and simple operation and add a dose of reliability
with the proven Tremat feed head. The format is quick and easy to
change. A polyurethane-coated suction wheel reliably feeds sheets
onto the register table. Other benefits include a small footprint
and low investment costs.
To achieve continuous folding of small-format items, the NSF
36 non-stop feeder eliminates prestacking and feeds sheets in a
shingled stream. The NSF 36 non-stop feeder can be used with
Stahlfolders Ti 36, Ti 40, and Ti 52.
