Bands all Labels of a Cutting Cycle in One Go
The POLAR B1E is a fully automated multi-station bander with pulsed current arc welding for the efficient banding of label stacks with PE-coated kraft paper or PE film. It is intended for use once cutting has been completed. It can be loaded with rows of labels (Autocut M/Autocut) or entire layers via a feeder table. The multi-station bander offer different banderole widths, depending on stack height or material quality. The number of welding stations may be selected according to working width and size of product.
The POLAR B1E can also be used to produce postcards, greeting cards or similar products.
Reduced set-up times, low maintenance and a high degree of automation are the advantages of this bander which also allows for tight, gentle banding with kraft paper or PE film of various widths. High productivity with up to seven cycles per minute and energy-saving pulsed current arc welding for large production volumes are additional benefits.
