Prinect MetaDimension

Prinect MetaDimension, the RIP and workflow solution from Heidelberg, significantly enhances the productivity of PDF workflows: files that are smaller and easier to manage, improved stability and an unrivaled speed. Due to its modular structure, the software can easily be adapted to your workflow. Depending on your requirements, you can include OPI, trapping, color management, innovative screening methods, impositioning, PPF connectivity and proofing solutions when installing Prinect MetaDimension. Originally developed for small to medium-sized enterprises, Prinect MetaDimension will also grow with your requirements. It can be extended to a layout-controlled workflow when combined with the professional impositioning software Prinect Signa Station. It supports PDF 1.5 and PostScript 3. Prinect MetaDimension offers the possibility for imaging films and offset plates to the Heidelberg CtF and CtP recorders.

Prinect MetaDimension is part of the Prinect workflow and supports PDF as the standard for content data and JDF as the standard for control and monitoring data between prepress, press and postpress. Prinect MetaDimension is integrated in the Prinect Printready System where its key function is to control generation of all proof, films and offset plates.
