HAN e-Newsletter Issue October 2006
Welcome to the October Issue of Heidelberg Australia and New
Zealand's (HAN's) e-Newsletter.
There is much discussion when printers get together about
competition from low cost markets such as China and the
rationalisation of the industry as the big groups acquire smaller
players in Australia and New Zealand. Interestingly the same
challenges are faced in markets around the world. Recently
Jürgen Ströbele, editor of Heidelberg News
interviewed Werner Albrecht, director of Heidelberg's Market Centre
Germany/Switzerland (Andy Jensen's counterpart) about the
European situation. The parallels to our market are surprising.

As well, we also bring you a story about one
customer's experience with their Heidelberg A3 format press and
workflow and an article about the HAN Customer Support Centre plus
lots more in the October issue.
Give us
feedback
on our e-newsletter. We hope you are finding our Newsletter
useful, please keep sending feedback. Tell us what you like and
what you don't, and any suggestions for content are welcomed.
Best regards,
