That's why at Heidelberg®, we set extremely high standards for
the material and cutting quality of our trimmer blades. Original
Heidelberg Trimmer Blades use an upper knife made of an HSS
composite material and of a lower knife of pure chrome steel.
Other important factors. Besides material, other very
important factors that determine the quality of the blades are: The
choice of geometry (the knife geometry should suit the class of
knife); the evenness; the angular dimensions and the straightness
of the blade - all of which play an important role in the longevity
and durability of the knives.

trimmer blades, including: Triple cut knives, punching knives and
splitting knives. All have been specifically designed in
cooperation with our strategic partners for the saddlestitchers in
our Stitchmaster® family.
